A Plastic Odyssey stops in Bordeaux before its world tour
The Plastic Odyssey Travel Village stops in Bordeaux on October 2 and 3 to raise awareness about reducing plastic waste and recycling
Before she leaves on her world tour, Village Plastic Odyssey Stop by at the Darwin Ecosystem in Bordeaux on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 October. In the programme: exhibitions but also awareness-raising, presentation of local initiatives, discussions … “The goal is to get away from the simple exhibition and really interact with the people who come to see us,” explains Daniel Auerbacher, coordinator of the Plastics Odyssey association that works against plastic pollution at sea.
For him, “the idea is to shed light on what is already there and understand what is a vector of change.” In the village no new plastics were used. Everything is recycled: from the vinyl guest book to the table made from plastic waste.
