As Aurora Farmers Market opens for season, organizers excited about ‘having a more normal year’

“If it wasn’t for the market when I started in 1996 – the market was my mainstay, it was something that kept me out there and exposed to people – otherwise, nobody knew about the mini-doughnuts,” he said. “I wasn’t sure about the market a year ago, but people wore their masks and observed social distancing. Things are opening up, and we just need Mother Nature to cooperate.”
