Biden pulled U.S. from Afghanistan for politics – Santa Cruz Sentinel
In the 1950s we left South Korea, but we left a small force to maintain the safety of the South Korean people. Now, 70 years later, that safety remains. In Vietnam we pulled out leaving that country wide open to the communist horror, and within days of our pulling out, Saigon fell. Last month, Biden for purely political reasons pulled us out of Afghanistan. Within hours, the Taliban owned that country again the mass killings and torture had resumed, and countless will no doubt die. Our allies have blasted us but so what? It’s just innocent human lives. We could have left just 2,500 peacekeepers on the ground, and order would have remained. But, no. Politics here was all Biden cared about. Pitiful.
