Scam victims are claiming hundreds of pounds in compensation from their mobile phone companies even after being fully refunded for their loss by their banks.
Some are arguing in court that mobile companies failed to protect their privacy and have breached data protection rules by allowing scammers to take over their phone numbers, causing banking fraud.
