Tennessee real estate market spotlight: Donelson homes move quickly

Every Sunday, The Tennessean highlights a different ZIP code, as we strive to inform readers and help them navigate Middle Tennessee’s red hot real estate market.

This week, we stay within Davidson County in ZIP code 37214, Donelson, which is about 10 miles from downtown Nashville.
